Hi,

I'm Jonas Jonker. During my time as a biology student, I fell in love with data analysis and programming.

Today, as a software developer, I really enjoy enabling others to master their data and create meaningful insights. I do this by writting analysis tools in python, building data pipelines on HPC clusters, and on Kubernetes.

Over the years, I helped analyze continuous analytics and logging streams for the dutch railways, supported geneticists in development of new research methods , and enabled companies journey into the AI age by setting up in-house LLM tools.
